Bryan Yankton is the Principal of Yankton Partners, LLC, a boutique advisory firm providing fractional CFO services, fundraising support, and M&A execution to startups, small businesses, and private equity-backed companies across the United States.

With nearly 15 years of experience spanning corporate development, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic finance, Bryan has advised and executed transactions across a wide range of industries and company stages — from early-stage ventures raising their first institutional capital to established businesses navigating complex acquisitions and exits.

Bryan currently serves as VP of Sales and Interim CFO at Raisi, an AI-native capital intelligence platform built for founders, fund managers, and investment bankers. At Raisi, he leads subscription sales and oversees the company's financial operations — including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management — while helping early-stage founders access the data and insights they need to raise smarter and faster.

Prior to founding Yankton Partners, Bryan spent five years at HERE Technologies — a location services and mapping company backed by a consortium including BMW, Daimler, Audi, Intel, and Mitsubishi — where he led the execution of mergers, acquisitions, and venture investments across supply chain, automotive, and location technology. Earlier in his career, he worked in corporate development at Signode Industrial Group alongside The Carlyle Group, where he helped close four acquisitions and supported the company's eventual exit to a strategic buyer. He also held strategy and business development roles at SunCoke Energy, where he evaluated inorganic growth opportunities and built analytical frameworks for market sizing and competitive analysis.

Bryan holds a Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University's College of Commerce, where he graduated with honors. He also studied Mandarin and completed an international internship in China, and is fluent in Tagalog and proficient in Spanish.
